bugis today was fun :D
pearlyn was late by
45 minutes but it's quite a good thing because if she wasn't late, we would have reached bugis rather early and thus the shops would not have opened yet. anyway, then we reached there, went to bugis street first to walk around, to
recki first. saw the
"Little Miss _" Tees all around. So kinda set my mind on that, but decided to see if there are any other shops selling it cheaper. Walked around, saw this really nice mickey shirt, it's like this singlet thing where you're supposed to wear another shirt inside. I wanted to get it, it's 10 bucks, but it's too big! It's
free-size you see. But Angie and Priscilla bought it. Then many shops weren't open yet so we went across to bugis junction to check out the
M%Industries Shop we always wanted to go. We went in, recki also, and set our eyes on this pink mickey polo shirt. The logo was nice, and special. Hah. But well, we left after a while. Then we walked around, nothing much so we went back to
Bugis Street.By now, most of the shops were open. So we walked around, exploring more of the shops. Saw this shop selling the dress that looked like the one
Tang Ling Yi wore for
I LUV SUNDAY. Cute! But as expected, it was super long -.- Then it was 27 bucks. Pearlyn considered buying it but walked off in the end. Then later, nobody really bought anything and so we went to have lunch. Then we wanted to eat
Pizza Hut but apparently there wasn't any. So we changed to
KFC. The directory stated there was such a fast food restaurant, but it was under renovation -.- Then we went to
Mos in the end. Haha. When going down to the foodcourt level to look for KFC, saw
Cheryl Pay and her bunch of friends :D Haha. Really didnt see her in a long long time.
After lunch, we went back to
M%Industries to check the clothes out again. But decided to just go to
Bugis street first to buy my
"Little Miss __" shirts and
Pearlyn's Tang Ling Yi dress. But we searched and searched like an hour for her dress but
couldn't find the shop ?! Hah. Priscilla and I were saying that being Guides, we have to be good in navigating etc ;D Hah. Then gave up. Along the way, saw
Miss Law's pink dress with polka dots selling at 20 bucks : Then searched around for the 1st shop of my Little Miss. But -.- However, in the end, finally found it. We were like "It should be in front right?" Then aha! There it was beside us. Haha. The MISS was really nice, like I couldn't find
Little Miss Stubborn and I asked her. So she was like "Yeah, I have. But it's the last one" Then Priscilla also wanted Stubborn. Then the MISS said she'ld go to her another shop to check. Then aha! She came back with it. She's nice! So instead of paying 12 each, we paid 20 for two in the end. 20% Discount ! :D [right?!]
Then we decided to go back to
M%Industries to see if we could buy the stuff we liked. I wanted to buy this pull over, but it's short sleeve. But it looked weird. So gave up. Hah. But then Angie and Pearlyn bought their stuffs. Then walked around. Weird enough, we went back to theM% shop to claim Angie's green tea bottle -.-
Then we stepped on alot of lemons already [suan] so we decided to go back to
AMK Hub to buy my skirt and AP's bag. Hah. First, went to their bag shop. I like the bags but I'm so skinny, all the bags seem huge. Aha. Then went to
BUS*STOP to buy my skirt :D I bought size L ! Surprising right. Priscilla bought the last XL. But still, it's still a bit loose. I wanted to buy that nice nice blouse but then it was free size so how can I wear it ? Priscilla bought that blouse though. Haha. I <3 the skirt a lot. It's like my dream skirt cos it looks a bit jap-ish and I think that's cute :D
Yup. After that, went home with Pearlyn [half the journey] :D I want to buy another Little Miss Sunshine shirt; the Red One ! And I want to buy white heels too :D
Officially declare Priscilla my twin :D [for some particular reason] tsk. janice [redbadge] also called us twins remember ? xDD
